What you get

60-second checks from 3 global regions

Your endpoints are pinged every minute from multiple locations, so you catch real outages — not false alarms from a single region hiccup.

Instant alerts on every channel you use

Get notified the moment something goes wrong via email, Slack webhook, or Discord webhook — no dashboard-checking required.

Branded public status page

Give your users a real-time status page at status.yourapp.com showing uptime percentages, active incidents, and a 90-day availability chart.

Auto-resolving incident tracking

Incidents open automatically after two consecutive failures and close themselves when the endpoint recovers — no manual intervention needed.

Let your users subscribe to outages

Pro accounts get a built-in subscriber system so your users can opt in to email alerts when you have an incident, reducing support noise.

Scheduled maintenance windows

Silence alerts and show a maintenance banner on your status page during planned downtime so users aren't alarmed and your uptime SLA stays clean.

Custom domain with SSL included

Point status.yourapp.com at your StatusPing page and get a free SSL certificate — no Nginx config or cert management on your end.

FAQ

How quickly will I know when something goes down?+
Starter and Pro accounts check every 60 seconds. An alert fires after two consecutive failures — usually within 2 minutes of a real outage. Free accounts check every 5 minutes.
Do I need to host the status page myself?+
No. StatusPing hosts your status page and serves it from our infrastructure. Pro users can point a custom subdomain (e.g. status.yourapp.com) at it with SSL included.
What counts as an endpoint?+
Any HTTP/HTTPS URL, API endpoint, or TCP port. You might monitor your homepage, your API base URL, and a critical webhook receiver as three separate endpoints.
Will my users be notified about outages automatically?+
On the Pro plan, yes. You get a subscriber widget your users can use to opt in to outage email alerts — so they hear from you first instead of flooding your support inbox.
Can I silence alerts during a planned deployment?+
Yes — Pro accounts can schedule maintenance windows that mute alerts and display a maintenance notice on your status page for the duration.
